Florian Mueller is an app developer as well as the founder and author of the FOSS Patents blog. Since 2010 he has been commenting on smartphone IP disputes that often involve antitrust defenses and counterclaims, but also on other competition matters such as mobile app stores and mergers. Florian particularly focuses on high-stakes cross-jurisdictional disputes. Approximately 50% of his readership is based in North America.
