David Viros
David Viros is a graduate of the Sorbonne (Master’s in European Law), Cambridge University (BA in Law) and Sciences Po Paris (Public Affairs). Admitted to the Paris Bar, he practiced as a lawyer for several years at French firm Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, before joining the Autorité de la concurrence in 2012, first as European Adviser to the President and then as his Chief of Staff. Since 2017, David is référendaire (legal secretary) at the Court of Justice of the European Union. David contributes regularly, through articles, speeches and teaching engagements, on issues pertaining to competition law enforcement. David also acts as non-governmental advisor to the Autorité de la concurrence within the International Competition Network.
