Daniel J. Vitelli is an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett’s New York office since March 2015. Previously, Mr. Vitelli was an associate at Constantine & Cannon in the New York office. He focused his practice on antitrust litigation, particularly in the health care industry, as well as general commercial litigation. Mr. Vitelli received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in May 2010. At Vanderbilt, Mr. Vitelli was a quarter-finalist in the Mock Trial Competition as well as a semi-finalist in the Bass Berry & Sims Intramural Moot Court Competition. Following the competition, he was a member of the Moot Court Board for the remainder of his time at Vanderbilt Law School. In 2007, Mr. Vitelli graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University, focusing his studies on Philosophy, Economics, and Music. Mr. Vitelli is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the NYSBA Antitrust Section, Class Action Committee.
