Claire Favre, honorary president of the French Civil Supreme Court’s commercial chamber (Chambre Commerciale de la Cour de Cassation) and former Vice-President of the French Competition Authority (Autorite de la Concurrence), is the APCEF’s (association of professionals of the economic and financial litigation) president since 2014. In 2006, she was the First woman to become President of Chamber at the French Cour de cassation. She was president of the Administration Council of the Asbestos Victims Indemnisation Funds from 2011 to 2013 and member of the Anti-Discrimination council within the French Ombusdman from 2011 to 2014.
