Christine’s experience includes advising clients on a range of antitrust issues relating to the US merger control and review process, multi-jurisdictional merger control, civil non-merger litigation and cartel investigations. She has been seconded to Brussels and Beijing where she has worked on European and Chinese merger control matters. Christine has additional experience advising clients in connection with US national security reviews under the Exon-Florio Act.
