Charlotte Colin-Dubuisson is a Partner in the Antitrust and Foreign Investment practice of Linklaters based in Paris, specialising in EU and French competition law with a particular experience in advising clients on cartel cases, vertical/distribution restrictions and global merger control / foreign investment control. She assists clients before the European Commission and the French Competition Authorities as well as French Courts. Her practice covers a number of sectors including consumer and luxury goods, healthcare, optical retail, payment, automotive and transport. Charlotte graduated from Paris Ouest (Bachelor and Master), Paris Dauphine (LL.M) Universities and from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) (LL.M). She is a member of the French Association of Competition Private Practitioners (APDC) and retains strong academic interests, teaching competition law at Sciences Po Paris and Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.
