French Polynesian Competition Authority (Papeete), University of French Polynesia (Punaauia)

Youssef Guenzoui holds a doctorate in private law and is a lecturer at the University of French Polynesia. He is also member of the College of the French Polynesian Competition Authority. He taught competition law for several years at the University of Sorbonne Paris Nord, as well as at the University of French Polynesia. His thesis is on the "notion of agreement in private law", which includes an important part dedicated to competition law, as do many other publications he has authored.
