


Yelena Trifounovitch
Yelena Trifounovitch is a partner at Bredin Prat. She has significant experience in French and European competition law (cartels, abuse of dominant position, merger control, State aid) with an advisory and litigation practice before French and European competition authorities and courts. She has also developed specific expertise in the areas of public economic law and regulated sectors and in particular in electronic communications, energy, audiovisual media services, television broadcasting services, transport and gambling sectors. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007, Yelena holds post-graduate law degrees from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. She is a member of the APDC (French Association of Lawyers Practicing Competition Law).
