



Victor Oliveira Fernandes
Victor Fernandes is a member of the administrative tribunal at CADE. He is a professor of Economic Law and Competition Law in undergraduate and graduate courses at the Brazilian Institute of Teaching, Development and Research (IDP). PhD in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo (FDUSP - 2018-2021), Master in Law, State and Constitution from the University of Brasília (UnB - 2016-2018) and Graduated in Law from the same educational institution. He is a Federal Public Servant of the Career of Specialist in Regulation of Public Telecommunications Services of the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel). He was legal advisor to the Sub-head for Legal Affairs of the Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic (2016-2017), acting before the Sub-head of Infrastructure Policies, Chief of Staff in the Administrative Council of Economic Defense - CADE (2017-2019) and is currently Chief of Cabinet of Minister in the Supreme Court (STF).
