Victor Levy is a counsel with Hogan Lovells, based in firm’s Paris. As a graduate of mathematics and law, Victor Levy advises clients on competition law with an analytical and business oriented mind. Victor has a strong experience in merger control filings with the European Commission, the French Competition Authority and other merger control authorities throughout the world. Involved in complex cases, he regularly advises clients on integration planning issues. Victor also advises clients on the structuring of their commercial and distribution contracts and assists them in antitrust proceedings before the European Commission or the French Competition Authority. He also has a long track-record of litigation and settlement of follow-on damage claims. Victor is a member of the New York and Paris bars.
