Since September 2020, Victor Blonde has been technical advisor in public participation, consumer affairs and competition for the office of the french prime minister and the office of the french president. Victor Blonde was inspector of finances from 2016 to 2020. He previously worked at Sciences Po Paris and at the French State’s Shareholding Agency (APE). He graduated from the French National School of Public Administration (ENA).
