Anastasia Usova is a Partner and Head of the Antitrust practice of Redcliffe Partners. She focuses on complex antitrust matters, such as abuse of dominance, cartels, commercial and pricing practices, and distribution agreements. Anastasia also assists clients with merger notifications in Ukraine and has experience in the coordination of multijurisdictional merger filings in the CIS and the EU. In addition, Anastasia deals with the unfair competition issues, such as misleading advertising. She regularly holds competition law compliance training for large international and Ukrainian clients. Before joining Redcliffe Partners, Anastasia practised competition law for more than eight years at leading law firms in Ukraine and Belgium.
