Truong Huu Ngu is a partner at Indochine Counsel. He leads a team specializing in M&A, Project Finance, and Capital Markets while collaborating with other partner teams to provide a comprehensive client experience. Having spent nearly a decade at the largest Japanese law firm in Ho Chi Minh City and Tokyo, Ngu has advised on numerous M&A transactions across various sectors, such as banking, manufacturing, real estate, and energy. While studying in the US for three years, Ngu worked as an assistant to Prof. Samuel C. Thompson Jr., Director of the Center for the Study of Mergers and Acquisitions at Pennsylvania State University. He authored the well-regarded "Pháp Lý M&A Căn Bản" (Fundamentals of M&A Legal Practice) and contributed to a range of publications, several of which were republished on government-backed websites and relied upon for legal reforms.
