Tom Brassington has experience across a wide variety of work including public and private M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, private equity, and equity capital markets. While Tom is a generalist M&A practitioner, he regularly acts for clients in the Life Sciences and Technology, Media & Telecoms sectors. Much of his work has a cross-border or international focus. While Tom is based in London, he has also practiced in both Dubai and Hong Kong.
