Judith Feldner is a partner at the Vienna office and a member of our competition law practice group. She represents clients in all areas of competition law. She focuses on cartel cases before the European Commission and the Austrian courts as well as on the coordination of leniency applications before of the European Commission and national competition authorities. She also advises clients on compliance programmes and internal investigations (including e-discovery measures). Judith regularly provides dawn raid trainings for clients. Other main area of her work are merger control proceedings, particularly coordinating multi-jurisdictional filings and structuring joint ventures. Judith Feldner also helps companies implement whistleblowing systems. She is a member of the Austrian Chapter of Transparency International for whistleblowing. In addition to her practice at E&H, Judith Feldner teaches antitrust law at the University of Graz. Judith holds a law degree from the University of Graz (Mag iur) and also studied at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. After her studies, she worked at the University of Graz as an university assistant at the Department of European Law. Judith advises in German and English and also speaks Spanish and French.
