Stéphane Retterer is a Doctor of Law in competition law. He was appointed the President of the New Caledonia Competition Authority in 2023. He was Senior Lecturer at the University. From 2009 to 2023 Retterer was judge in administrative jurisdiction and worked in the administrative tribunal of French Polynesia.
