Stéphane Hoynck

After the National School of Administration, Stéphane Hoynck became Maitre des requêtes at Conseil d’Etat. He was Deputy General Director at French Telecommunications Regulation Authority from September 2009 to December 2013. In January 2014, he became Deputy Legal Director at Engie Group. Stephane Hoynck joined Conseil d’Etat as Maitre des requêtes in September 2016 before becoming Rapporteur public in March 2019.
