As a professor of law at the University of Paris-Est Créteil, Stéphane de La Rosa’s teaching, research, expertise, and consulting activities focus on European economic law in its various fields: regulated markets (in particular regarding railways), European public contract law, competition rules (private and public), freedom of movement, economic and monetary union. His activities also cover European institutional law (decision-making procedures, institutional balances), domestic and European administrative law, and protection of fundamental rights (domestic law, EU Charter, ECHR).
