Policy Analyst

Since September 2022, Stehano De Luca works as policy analyst in the Digital Policies Unit of the European Parliament Research Service, specializing on telecoms, IoT, liability of emerging technologies and digital economy. He was previously an analyst at Cullen International following telecoms and digital economy regulations, with a specific focus on the Italian regulatory environment. Before joining Cullen International in 2016, he worked as an associate in an international law firm and at the European Commission’s think tank on various topics related to the EU telecom framework review and the digital economy. In addition, he obtained a LL.M. in International Business Law at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA School of Law) and a State of the Art on Communications and Media Regulation at European University Institute (EUI).
