Sigrid Stroux (1972-2022) completed her PhD in the Department of Law of the European University Institute under the supervision of Professor Giuliano Amato. She defended her thesis, entitled EC Oligopoly Control, on 31 October 2003. After completing her PhD, she divided her time between the Netherlands and Italy.
