Shreya Gupta

Shreya is a Principal at Oxera Consulting, and co-leads Oxera’s Intellectual Property (IP) practice. She specialises in advising on economic and financial valuation issues in IP matters, and acts as expert witness in such disputes. Her IP clients span a range of sectors such as telecoms, pharmaceuticals, financial services and hi-tech. She also brings significant experience in advising clients on FRAND royalties and abuse of dominance allegations in SEP licensing disputes. In addition to her IP work, Shreya has nearly ten years of experience in leading expert work on high-profile disputes involving damages quantification and competition issues in commercial litigation and international arbitration. She is listed as a Future Leader under the Expert Witness category in Who’s Who Legal – Arbitration since 2022.
