Dr. Corinne Rüchardt

Corinne works for the Germany Finance Ministry as a consultant, previously she worked in private practice as a litigation Associate. As an associate in the German litigation group, Corinne Rüchardt managed all phases of litigation, from investigation, briefs and pleadings through pre-trial, trial settlement and appeal processes. In her practice, she handled judicial and extrajudicial dispute resolution. This covered litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, in national, international and cross-border disputes. Corinne advised national and international clients from all sectors and industries on contentious matters. She assisted in the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in Germany and other issues of procedural law.
