Roger Bout passed away in 2016. He graduated from the Institute of Political Studies (IEP) of Aix-en-Provence and the Institute of Criminal Sciences and Criminology as well as a graduate degree (DES) in criminal sciences and private law , Graduate of the Institute of Judicial Studies (YEI). He is a doctor of law, an associate of law schools.
