Robert Chen joined MoloLamken in September 2022. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, white collar matters, and appellate litigation. Before joining MoloLamken, Robert Chen clerked for the Honorable D. Brooks Smith of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He was previously an associate in the antitrust practice of Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, D.C. Before going to law school, he was an analyst at Bates White Economic Consulting, where he supported testifying economic experts in antitrust and other commercial litigation.
