Sneha Ramakrishnan advises global corporate clients on a range of EU and UK competition law issues. Her experience covers EU, UK and multi-jurisdictional M&A mandates, EU antitrust investigations, UK market investigations and general competition advisory work (e.g. licensing and distribution arrangements), primarily spanning the financial services, media, technology and general industry sectors. She spent six months seconded to Freshfields’ US Litigation team as a trainee, working on antitrust, anti-bribery and corruption and fraud investigations for pharmaceutical and financial services clients. She also co-chair the Freshfields London Associate Women’s Network. She obtained both my undergraduate degree and LLM (including modules on competition and world trade law) from the University of Cambridge.
