Rachel Williams is an associate in Weil, Gotshal and Manges’ New York office. She focuses on civil antitrust, class action, and other complex litigation, as well as transactional regulatory clearance, antitrust counseling, and government investigations. Rachel also has an active pro bono practice, which of late has included work on behalf of the Innocence Project and Legal Services of New York. Rachel received her B.S. in Business Administration and her M.S. in Finance from University of Florida. She earned her J.D. from University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law. During law school, she served as a legal intern in the Enforcement Division at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
