Philippe Tengelmann is a member of the firm’s Corporate department. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and capital markets transactions. Mr. Tengelmann is recommended by ILFR1000 (2020) for both Debt and Equity Capital Markets and M&A. Mr. Tengelmann joined the firm in January 2003. He received a DJCE/DESS in Business Law from Robert Schuman University (Strasbourg) in 1999 and a double diploma from the WHU Koblenz Business School (Germany) and E.M. Lyon (France) in 2002. Mr. Tengelmann is a member of the Paris Bar. He is fluent in French, German and English.
