Przemysław Ostojski

Przemyslaw Ostojski is Professor at the Warsaw Justice Academy and a prosecutor at the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Poland. He specialises in comparative administrative law and antitrust law. He was Distinguished Visiting Guest at the Global Antitrust Institute and Visiting Scholar at The C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia School of Law (2021–22). His specialization includes in particular German-language legal systems and European Union law.
