Preti Giulio is an associate with White & Case based in the firm’s London office. He advises on a broad range of EU and Italian competition matters, with a particular focus on cartels, abuse of dominance, and cross-border merger control. He also advises on the Digital Markets Act. Prior to joining White & Case, Giulio worked at the EU Commission’s Directorate for Competition, with a focus on antitrust in the digital sector. He has also worked in the competition department of a leading public affairs company in Brussels and in one of Italy’s top law firms. He holds a Master of Laws degree from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milano (summa cum laude) and an LL.M. from King’s College, London, in competition law (Pass with Distinction).
