

Pierre Horna
Pierre Horna is a Legal Affairs Official in the Competition and Consumer Policies Branch of the UNCTAD Secretariat for over 16 years. In 2017, he has obtained a PhD in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. He was also a Visiting Research Fellow at the Centre for Competition Law and Policy of Oxford University in 2017.
