Pierre Bichet has been working for the European Commission in the DG COMP since June 2021. He was a knowledge management lawyer in the Brussels EU & Competition group of Latham & Watkins, with over 10 years of experience in private practice. He advised on all aspects of EU competition law, including mergers, behavioural antitrust and regulatory issues. Pierre regularly contributes to client publications and designs and delivers high quality competition law training. Internally, Pierre supports the Global Antitrust Practice by managing and maintaining know-how resources and delivering training. Before becoming a Knowledge Management Lawyer, he worked as a managing associate at Linklaters (Brussels and London), advising on all aspects of competition law and merger control in various industry sectors, including FMCG, pharmaceuticals and construction materials. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
