Phoebe is an associate in the Competition, Regulation and Trade team at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, based in London. Phoebe advises clients across a range of sectors including retail, TMT, life sciences and financial services. She advises clients on both transactional and contentious matters, including foreign direct investment and merger control, antitrust investigations, and advisory matters. Phoebe also has litigation experience in the Competition Appeal Tribunal. She has completed secondments at a major retail brand and within a UK Government department.
