Pavel Jacunskij is the head of Legislation and International Cooperation Group at the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania where he is responsible for international relations as well as coordination of legislative changes. Previously, he had been the head of the litigation and competition policy division at the same authority. Pavel Jacunskij has worked for Lithuanian competition authority since 2012. Pavel Jacunskij is also a lecturer at the European Humanities University in Vilnius where he teaches EU Competition Law. Pavel Jacunskij holds a Master’s degree in Law from Vilnius University in Lithuania.
