Pauline Dessevre

Pauline Dessevre is an associate with Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel based in the firm’s Paris office. She focuses on competition law matters, including antitrust proceedings and multijurisdictional merger control and distribution law issues, in particular the negotiation of distribution agreements and litigation relating to restrictive practices or unfair competition. She also works on consumer law matters, including both advice and litigation. She holds a postgraduate degree in European Business Law from the University of Panthéon-Assas (Paris 2), a postgraduate degree in Public Law from the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris 1), and a Master’s degree in general public law from the University of Nantes.
