Pablo is currently a Case Handler at the European Commission. Prior he was an Associate with the Madrid team, specialized on advising companies in all kind of Spanish and EU competition law matters, including advice on merger control and antitrust issues (defending clients in investigations by national and European authorities in relation to cartels and abuse of dominance). He has also advised clients in relation to general matters of EU law and unfair competition issues. Clients include companies in the service, industry and financial sectors. He regularly assists corporate colleagues with competition law issues arising from cross-border transactions. Pablo studied Law & Business at University of Seville (Spain). After graduating, he obtained two Masters degrees, one in EU Law at the University of Seville and another one in Competition Law at King’s College London.
