Ossman Badir focuses his practice on a range of antitrust and regulatory litigation in addition to other complex commercial disputes. He advises clients before the competition and regulatory authorities and before French civil courts.

Ossman Badir has experience with all phases of the litigation process and with handling substantive antitrust and regulatory analysis and litigation. He regularly tries civil cases in courts, especially in front of the Paris Commercial Court and the Paris Court of Appeal, and has significant experience regarding procedural issues in civil litigation, including the protection of trade secrets in the course of proceedings, the obtaining of evidence, standard of proof in business litigation and issues relating to economic evidence.

His experience allows him to spot the crucial and challenging legal issues and find innovative solutions to meet the firm’s clients’ business and legal objectives.

Ossman Badir works with clients from a variety of sectors including telecommunications, energy, transportation, media and new technology.

Prior to joining the firm, he completed several internships in European law and competition law in English and French law firms and in a major energy company. Ossman graduated from Sciences-Po Paris (Bachelor and Master in Economic Law, with a specialization in Economic Litigation and Arbitration) and from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master 2 in Economic Law of the European Union).
