Nina Aoudjhane is a regional portfolio coordinator for West, Central and North Africa. Nina is a legal adviser in public law specialized in public procurement and Public-Private-Partnerships (PPP). Nina holds a Public Business Law degree from the University Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Public Economic Law from the University Paris la Défense. Prior to joining the World Bank Group, she worked as an in-house legal expert on PPP contracts for the General Secretary for Administration at the French Ministry of Armed Forces while teaching Public Procurement and Public Contract Law to post-graduate students at the University Paris la Défense. As a practiced legal specialist in infrastructure projects her areas of expertise include preparation, procurement, and monitoring of infrastructure projects. She aslo advises the french Ministry of the Armdes Forces.
