Nicolás Cardona Baquero

Nicolás Cardona Baquero is a Senior Associate in the Antitrust and Competition Law Practice at Brigard Urrutia. As coordinator of the practice, he advises national and international clients in issues regarding abuse of dominance, cartel activity and leniency applications, as well as unfair competition. He also advises and represents national and multinational companies in obtaining clearance under merger control procedures before the Colombian competition authority, the aviation authority and the financial authority for various challenging transactions, including negotiations of robust remedy packages.
