Nell Lixia Zhou

Associate Professor, Senior Researcher of Competition Law Center (CLC) of the University of International Business and Economics, Beijing. A qualified lawyer since 2002, Nell has has undertaken multiple academic projects at the CLC for the three former competition agencies (currently SAMR) in China - NDRC, MOFCOM, SAIC - and other government agencies as well as businesses on diverse areas of competition law. Nell has been the only academic NGA from China for the ICN since 2016.
