Neil A. Campbell

Neil Campbell is a partner at McMillan. He is an internationally recognized authority in competition law, antitrust, foreign investment and international trade law. He has extensive experience in regulated industries. Neil is the co-leader of the firm’s Competition, Antitrust & Foreign Investment Group. Neil has led over 300 merger clearances under the Competition Act and the Investment Canada Act and dozens of cartel cases and related class actions. He also advises on marketing and distribution, as well as grey market, joint venture and compliance issues. Neil is the global contributing editor and co-author of the Canada chapter of the Cartel Regulation deskbook.
