Mochamad Fachri

Mochamad Fachri is a partner in the merger & acquisition practice group of Baker Mc Kenzie in Jakarta. He is experienced in the full range of corporate issues, specializing in antitrust law, consumer protection, and trade-related issues. His experience includes representing major companies, both domestic and multinationals before the Indonesian Business Competition Supervisory Commission ("KPPU") for merger control purposes, as well as defending against allegations of violation of the Indonesian competition law. He has also assisted major multinational companies in setting up subsidiaries and other operations in Indonesia, addressing distributorship matters.
