Mariah Lohse focuses her practice on transactional and regulatory matters affecting a wide range of clients in the healthcare industry, including health systems, hospitals, physician groups, provider networks, private equity and pharmacies. Prior to attending law school, Mariah worked in clinical data for a large genetic testing company. While in law school, Mariah served as a law clerk at the Los Angeles HIV Law and Policy Project, Board Member for the Health Law Society and was production editor for the UCLA Law Review.
