With more than fifteen years of experience in antitrust matters, Michelle represents domestic and foreign clients in investigations regarding anticompetitive practices, including negotiation of leniency agreements and settlements. She also assists clients with internal investigations (antitrust and corporate integrity), prepares and implements compliance programs, reviews commercial practices, structures businesses in compliance with the competition law, and submits mergers to the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE). Michelle is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Studies on Competition, Consumer Relations and International Trade (IBRAC) and of the Antitrust Law Section of the American Bar Association.
