Michaela Spero is Legal Counsel, Regulatory Affairs at Amadeus, a global technology company providing solutions for the travel industry. Michaela advises the company on all areas relating to competition law and regulations, including overseeing the antitrust compliance program, providing antitrust counseling across business units, responding to inquiries from competition agencies, and advising on regulatory strategy for mergers and acquisitions. Previously, she was an associate in the antitrust groups of Clifford Chance and Hausfeld in Washington, D.C. Michaela received her JD, with honors, from American University Washington College of Law and her LL.M. in EU and Competition Law from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
