Michael Han is a senior partner at Fangda Partners in Shanghai and Beijing and leads the firm’s antitrust and competition team. With more than 15 years’ experience, Michael is regularly recognized as a go-to antitrust expert in China. Clients turn to Michael for practical advice and judgment on cutting-edge merger control and investigatory work as trade tensions with China continue to feature high on the global antitrust agenda. Michael was the former head of the China antitrust practice of a Magic Circle firm. Before private practice, he was an official with MOFTEC (now the Ministry of Commerce, or MOFCOM).
