Michael is a widely acknowledged expert in the patent area and has represented clients in numerous reported cases, in a diverse range of technologies from pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical devices through to electronics, software and communications. In addition to major patent litigation disputes, Michael has been involved in considering a wide variety of technologies for the purpose of due diligence for investment, acquisition and licensing transactions and for risk analysis and freedom to operate.
