Mauricio Serralde Rodríguez

Mauricio Serralde is a partner at Creel, García Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez. He specializes in antitrust and competition law, actively participating in all types of cases before the competition authorities, from pre-merger filings, to investigations, administrative procedures and constitutional (Amparo) proceedings, as well as leniency applications. He also devotes substantial time in advisory and compliance by clients with Mexican competition legal framework with respect to their operations. Mr Serralde is a member of the International Bar Association and the Mexican Bar Association.
