A former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS) in Cachan (2001-2005), Matthieu joined the Polynesian Competition Authority as Rapporteur when it was created in 2016, after ten years of teaching experience, in particular in hypokhâgne BL in metropolitan France and in HEC preparatory courses at the Lycée Paul Gauguin in Papeete.
