Matthew E. Joseph is an antitrust and litigation associate resident in Fried Frank’s Washington, DC office. Mr. Joseph’s antitrust and competition practice focuses on antitrust investigations and matters relating to the clearance of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. His practice also includes counseling and training on antitrust compliance matters. Mr. Joseph has experience representing clients in matters involving a wide variety of industries, including media, consumer products, food, aerospace, information technology, and education.
