Mathilde Damon

Mathilde Damon joined BDGS in 2013. She is a partner in the competition and regulatory practice. Mathilde Damon spent six years as a lawyer at Bredin Prat in Brussels and in Paris. In 2009, she joined the French State’s Shareholding Agency, where she was head of Legal. As a competition lawyer, Mathilde has also developed a practice in a wide range of public law and corporate law matters and has a practical understanding of business issues, developed as a director representing the French State on a number of boards. She graduated with a DESS in European Business Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2000) and an LLM in International Business Law from King’s College of London in 1999.
